Daniel is a Los Angeles-based filmmaker born and raised in Bakersfield, CA. After graduating from Keene State College in 2013 with a B.A. in Film Production, he relocated to Los Angeles to start his directing career. In 2015, he wrote and directed an alien invasion short They for under $500. They went on to win "Best Micro-Budget" at Zed Fest Film Festival in Burbank. The next year, he wrote and co-directed another short, this time a horror-exploitation film called Wrath of the Girl Next Door. Originally a segment of an anthology film called Bye Felicia (streaming on Amazon Prime) it has gone on to find individual success at Zed Fest Film Festival winning "Best Producer" and "Best Actress" (for Jenna Skeva), and nominated "Best Horror Short" for the iHorror Film Awards 2017. Inspired by legendary filmmakers like Alfred Hitchcock, John Carpenter, and Robert Rodriguez, Daniel is skilled at making original genre films on a minuscule budget.
