Alfredo Ibarra

Alfredo Ibarra was born in Mexico City. Since very young he showed interest in the art of film, Sneaking his father's VHS camera, Alfredo used to shoot his own versions of his favorite movies back in the day. What started as a dream quickly turned into a hobby, then into a career. While studying communications at Universidad Iberoamericana, Alfredo started his professional life in DDB Mexico as a copywriter. After almost five years, Alfredo decided to move to Los Angeles pursuing his dream. He graduated from The New York Film Academy and a year later Co-Founded BlankFilms. For the past seven years, Alfredo has been working as a Director in Los Angeles, working in a vast variety of projects, between music videos, feature films, short films, and commercials. Making a name for himself and for his company in the film festival industry as well as the music video platform. Alfredo is a young, hungry, talented director, who we should definitely keep an eye on.
