Dusan Brkovic was born in Novi Sad, Serbia in 1986. He began studying Cinema Sound Design and Recording in 2006 at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, where he got his Bachelor degree in 2010. During his school years, he has participated in around 35 short, experimental and avant-garde movies, some of which were successful in festivals. He has worked in music recording and mixing, ADR for cartoons, field recording and Foley. He started his editing career in short films and music videos, later moving to documentary work, feature films and commercials. In 2018, he received a Masters degree in Cinematography, and went on writing and directing short films. His most notable works includes Changing Currents: Urak Lavoi, Anoush, and Between the Cuts.
