Claudia Oliver

Claudia Oliver was born in Farnborough, Kent. She was educated at North West Kent College and University of Lincoln. She originally intended to be a costume designer but changed career paths to start her own fashion design label in 2012. In 2014 she published her first book 'A Most Faithful Attendant' the biography of her ancestor Giovanni Battista Falcieri, a Venetian born gondolier who rose to fame as the valet to Lord Byron and Benjamin Disraeli. She runs her fashion design business Falcieri Designs in Manchester, UK and is working on re-developing a film script for television completed in 2000.
