In the late sixties, Don Paul Mantarro worked for Dina Productioss, on the Danny Kaye Show for CBS Television City Los Angeles, as Tel cast Supervisor. From 1968 to 1970 Don Paul worked for Fox Studios, West LA, as a Location Auditor and production estimator on films. In 1970, Don Paul leased the closed Tarzana Bowling Alley and created "The Creation " concert club on Ventura Blvd. During 1971 and 1972, Don Paul was a Rock Promoter and Road Manager for Entertainment Artist Representatives. The Firm managed Paul Williams, Jim Nabors, Dobie Gray , Barry White, the Hager twins, plus many others. From 1973 to 1978, Don Paul Toured extensively around the world with Dobie Gray, with his hit song, "Drift Away." From 1980 to 1982, Don Paul built a recording studio, Villa Recorders, in Modesto California and Purchased the Vintage Restaurant and Night Club, in Modesto, CA. In 1982, Don Paul went into semi retirement and bought a Villa in Fiji at the Pacific Harbor Resort. In 1984 , Don Paul took up golf again and loved the islands and its beautiful people. In the late 1980's, Don Paul sold his extensive auto collection and went into Real Estate investments in California, Colorado, and Arizona. Don Paul sold his home in Marina Del Rey, Malibu and is now living in Rancho Mirage, CAf. Don Paul Mantarro has always loved adventures and has traveled in over 100 countries and continues to do so.
