Ryan Boettcher

Ryan James Boettcher is a director, writer and actor living and working in Salem, Massachusetts. Growing up in the mundane Boston suburb of Ashland, Massachusetts, he decided to devote his life to storytelling after a childhood trip to Walt Disney World. He is known for his dark and often droll sense of humor and obsession with all things macabre and surreal which often seeps into his work. He is also known for his career in theatre, often acting in small parts in local community theatre plays. He helps run the production company Sundown Productions which he co-founded with Michael Choueiri in 2014.
