Stephen Florentine was born on an editing room floor and raised in a sound stage by various crew members while surviving off of catering table food. Not really, but he has always wanted to make movies since he was a young boy. He started writing screenplays at age 13 (evolving his talent and finding his voice over many years) and since then has put all of his passion and energy into filmmaking. He began writing and directing his own short films while taking film classes, one of which was accepted into the Motor City Nightmares International Film Festival. After completing his film studies he cut his teeth running camera crews and working as cinematographer on various independent productions. He has now co-founded It's Alive Films to share his and many other people's films with the world.
