Phillip Escott is a filmmaker from Wales, he is the co-writer/director of the acclaimed British horror film Cruel Summer. An avid fan of Cult cinema, Phillip has produced material for a number of the UK's leading boutique distribution companies, including 101 Films, Arrow Video and Second Sight Films. Phillip is also the director of Fractured Visions, a genre-dedicated film festival and distribution company.
