Kevin Bisbangian

Kevin Bisbangian is an award winning Film Producer/Director/Writer who works in London. Studying Computer Science in London, UK, and gaining his MSc, Kevin then went on to acquire his Chartered Engineering title from the British Computer Society and as a UNIX Consultant has since been working in several countries. He started as an actor and continued as a filmmaker, making documentaries as well as dramas. His first film was a documentary was made in China. About a year after that he wrote, produced and directed his next project, Broken Wings . Kevin has produced and directed many other Films such as Dream of Freedom, Last Letter, A Man Who Chewed His Veins, Poetic Emotion, Chain Reaction, Salome, The Champ and Trust. His film Salome was screened at Cannes and won him the awards at many International film festivals for the best director( twice), the best short film, the best original script(twice), the best costumes. Some of his previous films have been nominated at some International Film Festivals during previous years: 1) Madrid International Film Festivals 2012, 6 Nominations and winner of the best supporting actor, Broken Wings(Drama). 2) St Tropez International Film Festival 2013, 2 Nominations and The Winner of the Best Short Documentary, Poetic Emotions(Documentary), 3) International Filmmaker world of Cinema 2014, 2 Nominations, Chain Reaction (Drama), 4) Cannes Short Film Corner 2015, Official Selection Salome (Thriller), 5) Amsterdam International Film Festival 2015, Winner of the Best Script for a short Film (Van Gogh Award), Salome (Thriller), 6) St Tropez International Film Festival 2015, 6 Nominations and Winner of the Best Short Film and Winner of The Best Lead Actress, 7) EuroFilm Festival Marbella 2015, Official Selection, 8) Tenerife International Film Festival 2015, 6 Nominations , 9) Milan International Film Festival, Winner of The Best Director of a Short Film. In 2016 he helped the filmmakers at the Queen Mary University as mentor and he is an official jury of The La Jolla International Fashion Film Festival 2018 in USA.
