J.T. McGinn

Growing up and attending school in Massachusetts, JT would begin his professional career in 1996 at the CBS Radio station 104.1 WBCN. For six years he would work at the famed Boston radio station as a Sound Engineer, coordinating live and simulcast programming. Beginning in 1997 JT has had the opportunity to work behind the camera in every capacity. Whether it be Locations, Art department, Audio, Videography (Camera), Editing or Producing, he has excelled in all, providing productions with a upbeat and focused attitude. This decade plus of experiences would coalesce with the formation of Northern Pictures in 2010. Creativity, Imagination, & Simplicity have always been at the heart of all JT's endeavors and is the foundation of Northern Pictures. "Having ones cake and eating it too" is no longer an irreverent assertion, but rather a simplistic way of providing high quality service with minimal complication. In 2010 and 2011 JT worked with production companies from London and New York in a Field Producer capacity. Both productions centered around the Salem Massachusetts witch hysteria of 1692-1693.
