Annalisa Heisen

Annalisa Heisen was born in Thousand Oaks, CA, but moved before she was a year old to Alexandria, VA when her father joined the Army. Her mother and father were both southern California natives before moving cross country. She grew up near Washington D.C. until she moved back to the Los Angeles area after graduating high school. She first decided to pursue acting after performing on stage at Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C. for The United States Army Band's annual Christmas pageant. She immediately loved performance and craved more. Her maternal grandfather, John Cochran, was a technical director for the soap opera General Hospital for many years, and she visited the set occasionally when she visited during summers. In Virginia, she participated in community theatre and her high school's drama department, and performed as a vocal soloist and as various leads during that time. She directed two one-act plays during her time at Osbourn Park High School, and was president of her school's chapter of the International Thespian Society. After moving to Los Angeles, she attended College of the Canyons and received her A.A. in Liberal Arts with a Theatre emphasis and went on to California State University, Northridge and earned a B.A. in Cinema and Television Arts with an emphasis in Electronic Media Management. During that time she learned TV production, screen writing, media law and business practices. She is acting, singing, exploring photography and editing, as well as writing and producing her own short format comedy content.
