Margarida Madeira

Margarida Madeira was born in Canas de Senhorim Portugal in 1987. Author of Olinda (2012) and Os Prisioneiros (2014) both short animated films that have been awarded at several international festivals, she has also worked in other animation projects such as A Journey to Cape Verde (2010) and the Colombian TV series for children Migrópolis. After living in Spain, Colombia and Mexico, she is living in Lisbon where she is developing animation projects with her own producer company, Pickle Films.
