Todd Sinclair is an American referee who works for Ring of Honor. Career As ROH's Senior Official, Todd Sinclair is the man many wrestlers will unquestionable refer to as the best referee in the business. Sinclair has officiated more ROH title bouts than any other man, and can always be counted on to call every match right down the middle. He, just like Bobby Cruise, has become a staple of Ring of Honor live events, iPPVs, & television broadcasts, and the man nicknamed "Fat Pants" is truly beloved by the ROH faithful.
