Edward Dorsey Jr. was inspired at the age of nine to become a filmmaker. Loving and respecting all the creative input gathered to create both art and design, Edward strives to collaborate with other artists to create a meaningful piece of art using all aspects of filmmaking. Spearheading his dreams with the writing of short stories, he always favored to see his characters leap off the page with both writing and performance. While observing and learning of works from Vincent Van Gogh, Giorgio De Chirico and various Renaissance artists, it was revealed to him that specific pictures could fur- their add to the essence. These aspects would further define his career choice as a film director and screenwriter. A love of organization and a trait of hard working also fueled his decision to produce films as well. He spent four years at SCAD: The University For Creative Careers.
