Biography

Kyle Tomlin is an actor, writer, comedian, improviser, and director. He studied in Chicago pursuing a BFA in Film and Television at DePaul University, including a concentration in Comedy Filmmaking through a hybrid program involving the Harold Ramis Film School and The Second City. Kyle is also a graduate of the prestigious Conservatory Program at the Second City, and has studied comedy and improv at The Second City's locations in Chicago and Hollywood, The Groundlings, Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB), The Annoyance Theatre, The Comedy Store, and The Laugh Factory Hollywood. He has also performed Stand-Up, Improv, and Sketch comedy at all the theaters listed above as well as many others, opening for comedians such as Bob Odenkirk, Anthony Jeselnik, and Amir K. In High School, he worked as an Intern at JASH, a comedy production company founded by Sarah Silverman, Reggie Watts, Michael Cera, comedy duo Tim and Eric, and producer Daniel Kellison.
