Cletus Earles

Cletus Earles was born in 1952. Cletus joined the Martinsville and Henry County Rescue Squad at age 16 and became a life-long member. He graduated from Martinsville High School June 1971 and joined the United States Navy in July, 1971. He was on one Mediterranean Cruise and one tour in the Tonkin Gulf, Vietnam. He was discharged as a 2nd Class Petty Officer. Cletus worked full time at a local chemical company while earning an Associate's Degree in Business Administration at Patrick Henry Community College. He went to work at Miller Brewing Company in 1978 and held many positions there until he retired as a SkilBase Analyst in the Training Department after 33 ½ years of service.
