Ada Pasternak

Singer, songwriter, and violinist Ada Pasternak was born in Moscow, Russia. Pasternak moved with her family to America when she was six years old. The daughter of musician parents, Ada spent her childhood steeped in classical music and eventually developed into a virtuoso violinist who won competitions as a soloist. Pasternak attended the Berklee College of Music on a Presidential Scholarship. Following graduation from college, Pasternak moved to New York City, where she performed her original music in such venues as The Bitter End and Rockwood Music Hall. Ada then subsequently made a second move to Los Angeles, California. Moreover, Pasternak has appeared in a few music videos for the popular musical collective Postmodern Jukebox.
