Khalid Bukhari also known as Kay, was born on Feb 4, 1988 in Riyadh, to Mahmoud Bukhari, a lawyer and Seema Bahman, a businesswoman. Kay originality is of Uzbek and Iranian ancestry. He started of his career in modeling since a young age until he landed a role as the main TV presenter in Bahrain TV's English channel for two years, presenting the a weekly show called Cafe Bahrain and also presenting the most important happenings and events within the country, such as the Bahrain Boat show, Bahrain Air Show and the Bahrain Formula 1 show LIVE on air. After working on a short movie called 66.6fm, directed by Chaker Bin Yahmed, he then obtained the main role in 2014, in a new Arabic series called "Salem, 5 star driver" besides the Arabs most well known actors such as Ebrahim Alharbi, Mashari Albalam and Layla Salman. Khalid then left Bahrain and moved to London to start of a new film career there, starring in Amal a short movie and in ITV's documentary of Assassins. His latest work in 2021 involves an English short movie called "The Cult" directed by Mohammed Fakhro, which is now in negotiations to be a 8 episode limited series.
