Damion Stevenson was born in Detroit, Michigan. Damion grew up in the Metro-Detroit area, attending various schools in Wayne County before transition into home education. During his high school years, Damion participated in theater, as well as speech and debate. He began making home videos at a young age, eventually beginning independent film work in Michigan. Damion earned a B.A. in Broadcast and Cinema Arts (2017) at Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan.
