Paul Schlader

Paul Schlader, co-founder of the craft coffee house, Birch coffee, located in Manhattan, is a family man, avid yogi, and born leader (in no particular order). He takes family a step further than many, extending it to all those he interacts with on a daily basis. Paul has dreamed of owning his own business since he can remember, and can always be found stepping up and working to improve the customer experience. Be it by spending hours hand-crafting and experimenting with new products, or immersing himself in his environment in order to pinpoint ways to make it more inviting, Paul does not have it within himself to settle. Ever. He is insistent on making his dent in the bigger picture of life one of joy and of integrity, and is committed to guiding and making it accessible for others to do the same.
