Beth M. Howard

Beth M. Howard is a writer, essayist and producer. She is best known for living in the American Gothic House, the real house from the Grant Wood painting, located in Eldon, Iowa, where, during her four years there (2010 to 2014) she ran the Pitchfork Pie Stand. Her story has been featured on CBS This Morning, Hallmark Channel, History Channel, NPR, New York Times, LA Times, Real Simple, Huffington Post, AOL's You've Got, and many other outlets.
