Ciarra Nevitt is a young British actress of an English, Jamaican, and St. Lucian heritage. She grew up in South London. In 2002, at the age of 11 her mother and younger sisters moved to Spain where Ciarra attended a Spanish secondary school and learnt to speak Spanish. In 2006, Ciarra and her family returned to the UK. In 2007, she enrolled at Southwark College where she studied BTEC 1st Diploma in Performing Arts, followed by enrolling on to the higher course BTEC National Diploma. In the summer of 2009, Ciarra became a member of the National Youth Theatre of GB. In 2010, she took a gap year from college to continue to work close with National Youth Theatre and also was cast in a leading role for an independent feature film 'Vampires Don't Cry'.Ciarra was the youngest on set and played the role of a vampire-BMX girl named Elle, unfortunately the film was never released. In 2011, Ciarra returned to Southwark College to complete the 2nd year of her national diploma and graduated top of her class with a triple Distinction. At the age of 21, Ciarra wrote/produced/directed/co-starred in her first film 'Suffering In Silence' in between working and making her film, she volunteered 150+ hours for the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony. Ciarra was cast as a 'Thanks Tim'/70's Dancer.
