Sidney Powell was born in Durham, North Carolina and grew up in Raleigh. She is a graduate of Needham Broughton High School and the University of North Carolina with a B.A. and a J.D. She obtained her undergraduate and law degrees at a young age, and she began her legal career as the youngest United States Attorney in the country. She came late to the Decoding Annie Parker (2013) project, trying to help guide the film to a commercial release. It raised millions of dollars for cancer charities in a series of charitable screenings. We saved lives. Sidney Powell has been lead counsel in more than 500 appeals. In 2014, she published "Licensed to Lie: Exposing Corruption in the Department of Justice". The book reads like a legal thriller but it's true and it names names. It's been a best-seller on Amazon in law/legal ethics, Judicial Branch, and white collar/true crime. She has appeared many times on NewsMax television, FOX with Cavuto, and countless radio shows discussing the book and prosecutorial and government misconduct.
