Kevin Michael Kennedy a.k.a. "K.M.K." was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. At age 9 he began singing in church and studying music. It was then he had the opportunity to study the Violin and by age 10, he performed in his first public recital. He moved on to also study the Cello and the Clarinet and at age 14, Kevin made his professional debut performing at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center. As his interest in performing began to grow, Kevin auditioned and became a part of the Teens Unlimited Repertory Company. Shortly thereafter, he booked his first National T.V. Commercial and Print Ad for a "Teens Against Drunk Driving" campaign! His face and his voice have been associated with many T.V. and Radio Ads over the years! As a vocalist, he has performed in National Tours, Concerts, Regional Theater, Recordings, and as a back-up vocalist for several recording artists including Diana Ross! In 2007 he returned to Lincoln Center to perform in their production of Cendrillon! Kevin is the Writer/Composer for the song "He's the Man" - The Obama Song, written for the 2012 Obama Presidential Campaign! He is also one of the co-founders of the R&B Cover Band "The JewelTones", and the founder of "The K.M.K. Union Gospel Choir," who made their national T.V. debut on the final episode of "30 Rock" with Alec Baldwin. Kevin is also the Creator, Co-Writer and the Executive Producer of Cornerstone (Web Series).
