Ramsey Eassa is a filmmaker and Chief Creative Officer at On Edge Productions, a Boston-based film production company. Ramsey began his career as a storyteller at age fourteen when his comedic YouTube animations went viral, creating an audience of thousands who continue to support and fund his latest creative projects. In High School, Ramsey starred in several theatre productions ranging from his role as Sky Masterson in "Guys and Dolls" to the titular role in "Macbeth". While pursuing roles in theatre Ramsey wrote, directed, and edited the feature film "Cinder" with friends and teachers. In 2010, Cinder was screened in local theaters, selling out and even filling a theater over-capacity. Ramsey continued writing and producing over a hundred short films for online audiences and multiple feature films which he screened at local colleges while studying for his bachelors degree in film production. Ramsey serves as a partner and writer working with On Edge Productions where he wrote, directed, and edited "Caped Crusader: The Dark Hours" and screened it to a sold-out multiplex Theater. Ramsey also wrote and developed a TV series which attained financing and is produced by Chris Byers and New England Studios. In addition to writing and developing, Ramsey directed, shot, and edited the test pilot used to pitch the series along with a number of other projects produced by On Edge Productions such as "Cacophony" (2015) and "The Salem Witch" (2015).
