He posted a career win/loss record of 31-11 in 42 starts. Also lettered in basketball and track. At the University of Houston, Keenum finished his college career as the NCAA all-time leader in total passing yards (19,217) and passing touchdowns (155), and completed 69.4 percent of his passes. He is one of only two players in NCAA history to record multiple 5,000-yard passing seasons.
