Vangie Crowther

Born in the Philippines Vangie Crowther came to the US in 1996 and has worked in an accounting office, doctor's office and insurance company where she met her husband, Bob. Tired of being an employee, she started her own company with Farmers Insurance and Financial Services 9 years ago. Won 1st Prize in Tawag ng Tanghalan singing contest, Cagayan de Oro, her first attempt on the amateur singing competition. Spent 13 years working at Camp Evangelista, 4th Infantry Division, Philippine Army. Quit her job in the Army and use her talent in singing to work abroad. Hired by BellesStar Promotions as a guitarist/singer and landed a singing contracts in Saipan, Bahrain and Kuwait and at the same time, she also worked as a cashier/teller and marketing officer in a bank. She has won Farmers elite Championship Award that ranks her among the top 2% of all Farmers agents in the nation every year since entering the insurance business and won the district "Agent of the Year" three times.
