John De'Priest Anthony

Introduction to Acting In 1994, at the age of 18, John went to the movies to see The Crow on a date and was fascinated with the film and the late Brandon Lee's performance. He joined the high school drama class. In order for him to be a part of the drama class he had to audition in order to have the approval of the instructor. He showed up to class wearing all black, along with a trench coat and wearing the make up that Brandon Lee had on in the movie. As all the students were in silence. He told the instructor "I'm ready for my audition". He got up on stage and acted out one of the most controversial scenes in the movie. After he performed the scene, a standing ovation and the instructor accepted John De'Priest Anthony in the drama class. He helped write one of the plays and it turned out to be a great success. He became famous in the late 1990s for his role in a classic heavy metal horror film titled Goth Child released (2010), the reboot sequel Goth Chylde Re Creation Begins (2012). Now starring in a new film called Bjorn On This Day (2018) and co directed Lorelei Runes Requiem (2018). In general, atypical characters he plays have in common boldness and originality and stand out from the ordinary. In the early 1990s, he played in bands and began to get into acting in several indie films. Daughter Krista Anthony, born 23 March 1999. In 2011 he founded Archetype Cinema and in 2013 he started to lead a paranormal team called P.A.S.T. for a web series titled Paranormal Conquest. After two episodes and a documentary he retired from the paranormal to focus on getting his personal life together. He describes that being in the paranormal "This stuff is very real and it's meant to be left alone. I learned the hard way and I suffered through a series of emotional and physical issues and I would call paranormal side effects". In 2015 John De'Priest Anthony focused on getting his life back on track and went through a long and grueling weight loss journey that he has accomplished all by himself and with support of his friends and family. Recently he was reunited with the love of his life in which he has known for 32 years and was inspired to begin his own personal reboot. In 2017 they dismantled Archetype Cinema and turned it into Warhammer Cinema. Which lead him to co direct Lorelei Runes Requiem with his beloved Jamie Giordano and star in the action sci fantasy adventure Bjorn On This Day. Both films were released on Saturday May 12th 2018 at the Gods Of The Paradox film festival. These films are the beginning of a shared universe similar to the MCU titled Gods Of The Paradox. They have worked with some amazing and talented people along with Not In Your Face Productions. He is also a humanitarian and a vegan.
