Dustin Maeno

Dustin hails from the fields of Southern Georgia to the sandy beaches of Tsu-shi Mie, Japan. Always interested in telling stories, his unique cultural background gives him a colorful view on life. He fell into telling stories through visual means sometime in 2003. Growing from hobby to passion, Dustin his Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Mass Media, 2011. He specialized in International Documentary Film Production. Working freelance and finding Independent features, Maeno tries to enjoy every aspect of production. Yet, Maeno finds a special connection with the Editing room. Piecing together a world solely from the elements captured, Maeno creates and manipulates to tell a story. When not capturing light and sound waves, Maeno is often found crafting espresso beverages, reading, cycling, and practicing his Japanese.
