Barry Hudson-Taylor

Manchester-based composer and pianist Barry Hudson-Taylor focuses predominantly on music for film and television. He received formal piano training from a young age and was also part of the Blackburn Cathedral Music School for over 12 years before leaving to obtain his bachelors degree in Music Production from Leeds Conservatoire in 2012. He has composed the original score for several independent films, as well as having music placed on many different television networks and advertisements around the world. The score for his first feature length film "Are We Monsters" from Bubble Lightning is due to be released in 2022. His overall versatility as a composer is evident in his music, blending his formal training and passion for electronic music into cinematic arrangements and atmospheres.
