Formerly a Teacher, Gillian retrained to pursue her love of acting in theatre, film and TV and attended The Actor's Temple in Meisner training for 3 years. She has an untrained singing range from Tenor to Mezzo-Soprano and sings in a Community A Cappella choir. Gillian continues to build up a repertoire of films of different genres. Gillian was nominated for Best Actor in the New York Film Festival for her role in a short Historical film called Keeping up Appearances in 2021.
