David E. McMahon is an award-winning actor who has quickly emerged as a strong, versatile force in the independent film scene. He first turned heads playing the title character in the popular Funny or Die comedy short, "Gynecologist: The Musical." Since then, David has gone on to play in nearly 100 indie short films and full-length features, effortlessly moving from comedy ... to drama ... to horror ... to even a brief appearance in the cult-favorite "Sharknado" franchise. Horror fans may recognize him from his starring role in "The Song of Solomon," an American Guinea Pig film. He's also been featured in "Bonehill Road," an 80s-style throwback to classic werewolf movies, and "Followers," a unique, social media-inspired horror feature. David can be seen in several online trailers for the buzz-worthy "Nightmare: Return to Elm Street" fan-film project, which secured over 2,000,000 views in only four months. He will soon begin filming "Teacher Shortage" from director Troy Escamilla, as well as "Volumes of Blood 3: Devil Knight," the final entry in director P.J. Starke's successful indie horror franchise, and "Bonejangles 2," the long-awaited sequel from director Brett Dejager.
