Katie Beth Murphy

Katie Beth Murphy is from Finksburg, Maryland. She earned her BFA from Adelphi University in NY, graduating summa cum laude from the Honors College and earning The Alexander Barnes Award for Excellence in the Theatre. In NY, she trained with Michael Howard, Alexandra Neil, and Patsy Rodenburg, as well as at the Upright Citizens Brigade. She has worked in touring theatre, regional theatre, summer stock, and with a variety of NY theatre companies and festivals. She's also the singer of a song-cycle entitled "His & Hers Beatles." Katie has recently relocated to LA to pursue film and television, and doesn't miss that NY weather one bit.
