Ben Lee Allan is a Toronto-based editor originally from Hertfordshire, U.K. With more than 10 years of experience, he began by editing small documentaries for BBC News and has gone on the cut scripted features, shorts and Television series. He is a CFC graduate from the Editor Lab program of 2018. The short he edited, Accidentals, has screened at nine festivals and won two awards. Two shorts will be premiering at this years Reelworld Festival. He has edited three features- Bigfoot and the Burtons, was distributed to 13 countries and premiered on Showtime. Mostly recently he edited The Ballad of Audrey Earnshaw which was a Telefilm funded horror movie shot in Calgary and is screening at the Fantasia Festival in Montreal.
