Alex Carmine

After Graduating Elon University, Alex quickly landed a lead in a zombie feature film in Western PA (where else could one take place?). Then became SAG within months by working in New York City. After booking a month long run at The New Ohio Theater in Manhattan, Alex took years of improv at UCB and then did some improv/hosting stand-up work for "The Ride." After learning many skills that improv could provide, Alex went back to work in legit and booked many MFA films with NYU and Columbia whose grads later cast Alex landing him a lead that would go to Cannes Film Fest. Booking two Off-Broadway shows back-to-back, the first musicals, Alex had to go into quarantine shortly after! Working alongside veterans in the industry, Alex has been working over Zoom for NYU, Columbia and Cal U directing the actor classes very frequently; half a dozen zoom read-thrus and projects over these past months. As well as volunteering music education for those in need. Working in film, Alex found his passion for the legit craft and making close connections that will last a lifetime. When not pursuing his acting career he plays guitar, piano, sings and plays the djembe. A great passion is also photography for fun and for a side-hustle! Has been known to host twitch sessions for arts and gaming with his brothers. -H
