Ruslan Baisarov is the chairman of JSC "USK Most" board of directors and its majority shareholder. Born in Chechnya, he is prominent for his contributions to the Russian coal industry. An entrepreneur from a young age, Baisarov was named by Forbes Magazine in 2018 as one of Russia's richest. Educational Background After completing his basic education, Ruslan Baysarov began studying towards a degree but was drafted to the military soon after. Once he completed his military service, Baisarov continued his studies at the Millionshchikov State Oil Technical University from which he received a degree in engineering economics. He then continued at Moscow State University, graduating with a degree in sociology. Baysarov also completed a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree at the National Technological University. Business Ventures Ruslan Baisarov's first foray into entrepreneurship was selling computers while he was still studying. In later years he expanded his interests to include businesses and assets in the entertainment industry and others. In the 1990s, Baysarov changed direction when he entered the oil industry. He held a directorship of the Russian Fuel Union and the role of VP of Moscow Oil and Gas. Accomplishments Over the years of working in the oil industry, Baysarov's companies were responsible for supplying a wide range of state-owned and public sector firms as well as Moscow Oil and Gas Company fuel stations around Russia. Baisarov also devised a ground-breaking electronic fuel-consumption calculation device.
