Sean Patrick Bailey grew up in Rockville, Maryland just outside of Washington, D.C. He attributes his years of acoustic songwriting and unusual life experiences as preparation for acting. He briefly considered acting after high school but did not pursue it as a career or hobby. Thirty years later, after raising two sons (Connor and Joshua), he was approached in a restaurant by someone with a script in hand and has since appeared in several film-works.
