Younguee Yoo

Korean Director Yoo Young-Uee is a monk, educator and film director. She is both the chairman of a corporation named 'Make the World Beautiful though Film' and a representative of UNICA. She has been directing since 2007 and has made 91 films including 'The Last Words of Socrates' and 'What is My True Self!'. She has won more than sixty awards for her films and has held movie seminars in Italy and Russia. She is a monk but she started directing films to increase awareness of essence of humanity and world truths. After making her debut she started making films helping to solve problems related to education, adolescence, obesity, death confusion and conflict in traditional family values to let people. She carries out humanistic education in Russia for principles, teachers and students. She has served as a judge in competitions regarding education and gave a lecture called "Personality Education through films". Her newest and first full length film is called 'Sermon on the Mount' and she hopes to make the world a more beautiful place through her films.
