Joel Stephens was born in Jacksonville, Florida, the eldest of three boys, to Morgan and Annabell Stephens. His family moved to Monticello Florida and he lived in near poverty on a small farm with this parents and younger brother Daniel (Dan) His family moved back to Jacksonville and then moved to Woodbridge Virginia - He moved his wife, Diana and their son Morgan to Irving TX and there he worked for Crown Communications (during which time his daughter Cara was born), EDS, and MicroCraft Corporation. He then left MicroCraft Corporation and created a Batting Cage in Irving. Later he joined with Fred Hutton to purchase a LMA in the Dallas Ft. Worth area. As part of that activity, he created the TV show - "Sprockets and Splices" to use as local material for their TV stations. Since it's creation, it has more than 100 episodes; (As of July, 2014) and is currently in Season 8 Each episode is hosted by a beautiful amateur model called 'The Splice Girls'. In the Fall of 2012, he filmed a pilot Made for TV Movie - featuring a character he created to host "the best of the worst" "B" movies - 'Professor Terrance von Riesling'. The pilot became a series in 2014 as "Pale Moonlight Theater" with 25 episodes as of May, 2016. In January 2015, he created another TV series - "Six Gun Theater" which features 'Kelly Bob Stublefield' (World Champion Single Action Shooter) hosting Classic Western movies. After the success of both Pale Moonlight Theater and Six Gun Theater, he also created "Dark Jungle Theater" (Hosted by 'Princess Omaka') featuring classic jungle movies and then "Who Dunit Theater" (hosted by 'Spurlock Holmes') which featured early detective movies with characters such as Charlie Chan, Sherlock Holmes, etc. After "Who Dunit Theater", he created FrightMare Theater which showed more "B" horror movies; after which he turned his attention to kid programming and created "Kartoon Circus" with world known magician Dal Sanders and Boopsie the Clown; (Currently with 52 episodes); then "Kartoon Festival" with 26 episodes and finally "Clutch and Friends" with 53 episodes.
