Born in Commack, NY, Steve Sanpietro attended the University of Dayton, where he received a BA in Radio & Television Journalism, and was a catcher for UD's Div 1 Baseball team his freshman year. In January 2014, he made his network TV debut on Ep. 13 of "The Blacklist" on NBC and in February, he co-starred opposite Sebastian Arcelus in Season 2, Chapter 15 of the Netflix hit series "House of Cards". In March, 2016, he was seen in a recurring role as crooked corrections officer Roy Olsky in Season 2 of Netflix's "Daredevil" opposite Jon Bernthal. He has since made co-starring appearances on "Bull' and "Manifest." He made his professional acting debut in 1998 in an original Off-Broadway show & was on the Broadway Series Touring Company of Tony 'n Tina's Wedding, Steve worked on a number of critically well received, successful plays in both in Los Angeles & NYC. and in 2018 returned to the professional stage in Paul Rudnick's "I Hate Hamlet" at the Bucks County Playhouse alongside Elizabeth Ashley.
