Jen Ogle

Jen Ogle has over two decades of experience in the theatrical arts, film and modeling. Jen has received lessons at the McCarty Talent Agency and has done similar training at other agencies in Salt Lake City, Utah. Several of Jen's photographs have been submitted to contests and she has been in front of the camera and behind the scenes in several web series, documentaries and short films that were filmed in and around Salt Lake City, Utah. Jen is an active committee member for the Dark Arts Festival held annually in Salt Lake City and has also modeled for the fashion show and performed at the festival for over a decade. In 2009, Jen formed the Out of the Shadows Theater Group (OSTG), a local non-profit theatrical group providing alternative aspects to the performing arts and cinema. Catering to cult film followers and encouraging audience participation. Partnered with the Salt Lake Film Society and the Tower Theatre, OSTG excels in bringing film and live entertainment to the community. Most notably, Jen has portrayed Magenta in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Blind Mag in Repo! The Genetic Opera and Phyllis Stein in Hedwig and the Angry Inch. OSTG has an annual spot in the Salt Lake Pride Parade. OSTG is a supporter of LGBT and human equality, cancer research, animal welfare and other such charitable organizations. Jen's various efforts have been utilized for the Salt Lake Comic Con and Fan Xperience, An October Evening, The Devils Carnival road tour, The Salty Horror Convention and Film Festival, The 48 Hour Film Festival, The Demon Chaser Film Challenge, Dark Christmas Film Festival, Crash Pad web series, Flight from Shadow - a Robert Jordan Wheel of Time fan film, the Unite SLC Festival and the University of Utah's Relay for Life.
