Sanela Salketic

Sanela Salketic studied directing at the Deutsche Film and Fernsehakademie in Berlin (dffb). In the course of her studies she has completed several short films some of which where produced for TV channels and aired on Television like "2cm more" for ARTE, as well as independent film productions like "The house in the envelope", which was successfully part of the competition in several film festivals world wide. (Warsaw International Film Festival, Montreal World Film Festival, Sarajevo Film Festival, Actung Berlin Film Festival, Beijing Micro Film Festival, Filmfestival Max-Öphüls Preis etc. ). With "The house in the envelope" she was nominated for the German short film award in the category fiction short film. Before her studies she worked as a producer on TV and independent film productions. She has a degree as an economist in audio-visual media.
