Born to a Polish mother, and raised in Germany, Ulla Fudge has been residing in London for over a decade and speaks three languages fluently. Raised on European Cinema, she finds passion with filmmakers such Kieslowski, Bergman, Polanski and Zulawski. Ulla Fudge has Bachelor Degree in Film and a Media Master Degree in World Cinema both from Birkbeck University of London. Over the last seven years she has written/directed and co-produced three short films and a feature film Hard & Soft which is distributed by New Gold Entertainment and it is currently available on Itunes, Amazon and Herflix. She is now working on another two feature films projects 'Ultra Pure' and 'The Smell of Flowers'. All her work has been showcased in the film festival circuit, winning both official selections and awards which includes: IARAwards, London International Motion Picture Award and San Mauro Film Festival for Hard&Soft feature film; Kinoteka for 'A Boy and his Wardrobe' short film, Portobello Film Festival for 'Spinning. Heads' short film. 'Compartment 33' is available on Amazon Prime and it was a finalist at the Positively Different Film Festival (Athens, Greece). Ulla has also written a drama series script 'Banana Skirt' which was chosen among 5,000 submissions at BBC Writers Room for the Mini Screen Production Series and she was a finalist at the Kaos Screenwriting Competition for her script 'Sophia and Bartholomew''. She is also the Executive Producer of Fudge-Films Productions.
