Kaleb Rudy was born in Grand Junction, Colorado to pastor William Rudy and academic advisor Kathleen Rudy. He moved with his parents and older sisters to Virginia, Montana, Iowa, and finally California by the time he was 12 years old. Kaleb first released a demo of his music online in 2016. He went on to act in his first feature film Love Exclusively (2017) as well as the short film Old House (2019), for which he wrote an original song, "Burn." The ballad earned him a Best Original Song award from Indie Short Fest as well as a nomination from Top Shorts Film Festival. He would later release his own recording of "Burn" and an accompanying music video. Kaleb earned his first series regular role in the independent web series Flawed: The Musical (2019), and took a comedic turn in My Big Fat Blonde Musical (2019) as a guest star. He released his second music video in May of 2020 for his original song, "Teen Movie," recreating several iconic dance scenes from classic 80's films.
