Matt Birnholtz is an independent film director out of the University of Michigan. His first feature film, was the micro-budget Meshes of Dusk (2015) which premiered at the Hot Spring International Horror Festival and was followed by a second film At Sunrise (2017) which premiered at the Chicago Horror Festival. HIs most recent script, Reach (2019) is currently nominated for "Best Screenplay" at the Oaxaca Film Festival as well appearing in a variety of other festivals.
