Luis Lesher

Degree in Dramatic Literature and Theater in UNAM. He began his acting career in 1999 and in 2000 he won the Recognition as the Best Leading Actor in the VIII National Festival of the Teatro Universitario for "Petición de Mano" by Anton Chekhov. Since then he has worked continuously in more than 30 Professional Theater Productions, including 3 years in the Mexican Improvisation League (2001-2004), 2 years as a member of the Carro de Comedias of the UNAM (2004-06) and 4 years as actor of the National Theater Company (2008-2012). In cinema he began his career in 2004, with the feature film "Curandero", directed by Eduardo Rodríguez. In 2005 he performed in "La Última Mirada", with script and direction by Patricia Arriaga Jordán. In 2012 he returned to the cinema with "La Guerra de Manuela Jancovic", written and directed by Diana Cardozo. On TV. "Crónica de Castas", directed by Daniel Giménez Cacho (2013-'14, Once TV), Requiem by Leona Vicario, directed by Natalia Beristain (2014, Once TV), "El Mariachi" and "Señorita Pólvora" (2014-2015, both productions of Teleset) and "El César", seasons 1 and 2 (2017-18, BTF Media production for Canal Space, TV Azteca and Amazon Prime).
