Bernard Luther White IV is a Captain in the United States Army who grew up in South Carolina. He attended Ball State University and graduated with a degree in Health Science. In his own words Bernard says "Acting is an art form that you have to grow into. Once you grasp the aspect that you're basically doing exactly what you did as a kid, acting becomes so much more enjoyable. As kids we all played pretend, now we just do it on a higher platform and actually train and practice to sharpen our imaginative skills. Any chance to embody a character and bring them to life is such a great and fulfilling opportunity. Having the opportunity to bring someone's imaginative story to life is such a unique and rewarding feeling. And above all, its fun!!" As an active duty officer he uses this analogy with acting and every other aspect of his life to put everything in perspective. "Let the scars from your battles in the War to accomplish your dreams by a reminder that anything worth having is worth fighting for." He also states, "You only have one life and you MUST live it to the fullest. Life is too short to live with a bunch of 'what ifs'. Bernard created a quote that he lives by: "If you're afraid to be strong you deserve to be weak."
