Saige Carlson was born on August 31, 1994 in North Vancouver, British Columbia to parents Leah, a business owner, and Chris, a lighting technician in the film industry. Saige was discovered by her first agent at the age of 10 during an acting class showcase. At 13, she attended the Langley Fine Arts School and majored in theatre for 5 years, where her love for the craft began. Since 2013, she has completed multiple full-time intensive acting programs as well as weekly classes in Vancouver.
