Cornelio Sunny

Cornelio Sunny (born 15 April 1985) is an Indonesian actor and filmmaker. He is the founder of Matta Cinema. His first feature film as a producer/actor competed in Tiger Awards Rotterdam International Film Festival in year 2012. In 2014 Sunny rose to fame playing the lead in an Indonesian blockbuster action film '3 Alif Lam Mim'. As an actor Sunny is known for his artistic films such as 'The Carousel Never Stops Turning', 'Another Trip To The Moon', 'Yokudo'. With Matta Cinema he produced the films 'Arini', 'Taufiq', 'The Portrait of A Nightmare' In year 2019 Sunny was part of the Producers Network program at Cannes International Film Festival.
