Natalie DP began her career as a dancer, training with the world renowned Shiamak Davar Dance Company. It was there that she became well-versed with choreography, and the idea of being in a spotlight on stage. Growing as a performer, she continued her studies at the Armstrong Acting Studios, Second City, Sears Switzer and the renowned Indian school, Actor Prepares. Supported by her family, Natalie's teachings led her to participate in a variety of performance based shows and pageants, and was a contestant for Miss Universe Canada. Her presence within the modeling and fashion world helped ease herself into film and television when she was given a small role on an episode of 'Little Mosque on the Prairie' in 2007, increasing her opportunities even further. Since then, Natalie has chosen to improve her formal studies by attending both West Humber Collegiate, and York University where she received her B.A Hons., in Cinema and Media studies.
